Rezatec helps businesses better manage their land-based assets by making use of the increasingly sophisticated but complex array of Earth Observation (EO) imagery and data available. We do this through our unique landscape intelligence platform aggregating large amounts of diverse data from satellites, airborne and ground instruments, applying relevant modelling and using our mapping, measuring and monitoring techniques with best-in-class technology to provide critical decision support for our customers.

We are now in the next phase of our growth strategy and are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our growing Software Development and IT team, creating and supporting the requirements of a rapidly growing company.

Reporting to the Senior DevOps Engineer, and joining a team of skilled Software Development and DevOps specialists, the Systems Administrator will be required to provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support and to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, desktop and server hardware, telephony system, and internal and cloud-based network infrastructures.


  • Providing 1st/2nd Line support to the office-based team with their IT hardware and software queries
  • Diagnosing software and hardware faults when appropriate, and fixing issues as quickly as possible
  • Day-to-day administration of IT hardware and systems
  • Setting up and administering equipment for new starters and existing colleagues
  • Following the hardware/software acquisition procedure
  • Maintaining the companies’ Microsoft Office 365 accounts
  • Track the inventory of company hardware/software assets
  • Configuration, support and maintenance of various company software solutions such as ticketing systems, sales support systems and project management systems
  • Enforce the company security guidelines
  • Out of hours support when necessary and by arrangement

About you

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate that you have delivered successfully in a similar role
  • Passionate about user experience, you’ll love working for a business in which everything IT just works
  • You’ll be knowledgeable and experienced working with Windows 10, Windows Server and Office 365
  • A self-starter, you will enjoy working independently and demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving
  • Ideally you will be familiar with Google Platform, Azure or similar
  • You will have experience of streamlining and designing processes that keep things simple for users
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • You are likely to be familiar with a scripting language and Linux

We are happy to receive applications from people looking for flexibility in location and hours, and we are conscious of the need to consider individual circumstances due to Covid.  We are currently working mainly remotely with minimal on-site attendance.  In the longer term more on site time is likely to be required in this role.
